Courses & Enrollment
Do I need any prior experience to join?+
No. The courses are beginner-friendly and build practical skills step by step.
How long are the courses?+
Duration depends on the course. Most courses run between 2 and 8 weeks with flexible LMS access.
Can I enroll in multiple courses at once?+
Yes. Students can enroll in multiple courses and access each course from the LMS dashboard.
Will I get a certificate after completing a course?+
Yes. Certificates unlock after completing the lessons and required quizzes for a course.
Payment & Fees
How do I pay for a course?+
You can pay through manual M-Pesa Buy Goods confirmation during enrollment. Send the payment details on WhatsApp, then the school approves your LMS access.
Do you offer discounts?+
Referral, group, and seasonal discounts may be available. Valid referral codes are checked during enrollment.
Can I get a refund?+
Refund requests must be submitted to SCDS support within 48 hours of enrollment and before the student has substantially accessed course lessons, downloads, live class placement, or mentorship support. Course fees are generally non-refundable once access to paid learning materials or services has been provided. A refund may be considered where there is a duplicate payment, an incorrect payment amount, or a verified access issue that SCDS is unable to resolve within a reasonable time. Approved refunds are returned to the original payer where possible and may exclude M-Pesa, bank, or payment processing charges. Each request is reviewed fairly, in good faith, and subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
LMS & Technical
Can I access the LMS on mobile?+
Yes. The LMS is mobile-friendly and can also be installed as an app from supported browsers.
What software do I need?+
Requirements depend on the course. Each course page and lesson notes list the recommended tools.
